We have the wonderful opportunity to be a vendor in many of our area Whole Foods Markets in the Mid-Atlantic region. As of right now, we're in about 10 stores on our way to many more. As we enter each store, we're building displays for our products that are unique to each store. Our goal with each display is to create a custom display using only salvaged and reclaimed wood, paint them with Eco-Friendly paints, and also highlight our wonderful products. A standard display includes a custom built table from reclaimed wood and a top piece that we've salvaged and refinished. Currently, we only use Mythic Brand paints and hand distress each one. More pics to come:)

Art Deco Desk
Completed May, 2009
This desk was salvaged and refinished in a brilliant blue. We loved the Bakelite handles, the curved front, and the nice natural cracks in the wood for easy "shabbying", we didn't love the contact paper that someone previously had applied to the top. But everything came off and we sanded it down to the wood. Email us for dimensions and price, as it's still for sale!

Cupboard
A good friend had me in mind to restore this piece when he saved it on trash day. I took every piece apart and luckily, no pieces will had to be replaced. Once taken apart, the three coats of paint were sanded off and the inside of the cupboard was painted a light green. The outside was painted white and then distressed slightly and finally a clear coat. All of our paints we use are contain no-VOC’s and are completely non-toxic. Hanging hardware was applied to the back and chicken wire was applied inside the doors.
End Table

I found this piece and refinished it. No pics of before, but I was extremely happy with the after. I went with a darker green but very distressed. As always, all the paints we use to refinish are Eco-Friendly.
Baby Changing Table

I was commissioned by the The Kimberton Waldorf School’s nursery program to create a baby changing table. I found an old side board and thought it would be a good fit. We liked the large door and the space inside for their storage. We went with a cream color and lavender to match the peaceful atmosphere of the schoolhouse. Added to the finished product were the top rails. The sides and back were all salvaged wood, the front curved rail was salvaged from the front of an old bureau. A changing pad was added to the top and they had their new, Salvaged, Rehabbed Green, Upcycled, Baby Changing Table, painted with only No-VOC Paints.
